Requesting a withdrawal
Go to My Account → Withdraw, choose your method, and enter the amount. Withdrawals return to the original deposit method where possible.
Processing times
- E-wallets: up to 24 hours
- Debit cards: 2–5 business days
- Bank transfer: 3–5 business days
Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
