I would like to take Concierge but I am not sure how payment works in relation to my Edge Hunter subscription, and what I would be paying monthly or yearly for both.
Concierge acts as an upgrade to Edge Hunter. You get all the benefits of Concierge, plus everything you currently have on Edge Hunter. You do not pay for both.
When you are ready to upgrade, the easiest route is to contact our team first at support@geckoedge.ai so we can customise the plan for you. Let us know whether you are interested in the monthly or annual Concierge plan.
Upgrading does not normally trigger a pro-rata credit for the unused part of your current Edge Hunter plan. If you have paid for an annual plan within the last few days, tell us when you get in touch and we will take care of it.
