Why is a market suspended, or a match missing from the Live list?

Two different things get read as “missing” during live matches, and they have different explanations.

No recommendations on certain markets. If the analysis cannot provide recommendations on some markets during a match, the usual reason is that the bookmaker has temporarily suspended those markets after a match event: a goal, a penalty, a red card, a VAR check. The analysis outlines this when it happens, and the fixture itself stays exactly where it was. Once the bookmaker reopens the market, recommendations resume on the fresh prices.

A match being played that is not in the Live list. This is a different case: either the live feed is down, or the match was not available to us for live monitoring. You can check in advance which matches will be covered: in the pre-match fixture list, a green dot next to a match indicates it will be covered In-Play.

If a match showed the green dot and its live feed drops mid-match, email support@geckoedge.ai with the fixture name and we will check the feed.
