The most common reason is simple: the league has no fixtures in the current time window. The platform surfaces competitions through their fixtures, so a league between rounds, in a winter break, or in its off-season naturally drops out of view until matches return. The league reappears automatically when its next fixtures load.
If a league has fixtures being played within the next 48 hours and it is still not appearing, you can let the team know at support@geckoedge.ai with the league name and a fixture you expected to see.
We can then check the feed and clarify if it is missing for a specific reason or correct the feed to allow the fixture to show.
