One account per person. Each account is tied to a single email address, and holding more than one account is not permitted, for fairness and compliance.
Multiple devices are fine. Sign in from your desktop, phone, and tablet with the same magic-link login; your account, history, and tracker follow you across all of them. What is not permitted is sharing your account with someone else: your email is your account, and access is personal to you.
If you have accidentally ended up with two accounts, for example by purchasing under a second email address, email support@geckoedge.ai with both addresses and we will consolidate them.
