The Unlimited Pass is a one-off purchase that gives you full unlimited access for a set number of days from activation. It works as a try-before-you-commit option, and if you already hold a subscription, it stacks on top rather than replacing it.
How it works:
- The Pass attaches to the email you bought it with. If that email already has a subscription, the Pass adds its set period of unlimited access on top of your existing plan.
- Your existing subscription is unchanged. It continues on its normal billing cycle. Your renewal date, payment method, and plan stay as they were.
- When the Pass period ends, you drop back to your existing plan. Same tier, same access, same renewal date. There is no further charge for the Pass and no automatic renewal or subscription attached to it; it was a single payment.
The most common confusion: buying the Pass on a different email from your existing subscription, then not seeing the unlimited access on your normal account. The fix is to sign in with the email used at Pass checkout (your Pass receipt names it). To consolidate the two, email support@geckoedge.ai with both addresses and we will move the Pass onto your subscription account.
If you bought the Pass as a standalone trial with no existing subscription, it runs for a set number of days or hours from activation and your account then reverts to the free tier. You can subscribe at any point, during the Pass or after it ends.
