Upgrading takes about a minute and you can do it yourself. Log in at app.geckoedge.ai with your registered email. Bottom left, click on the three dots next to your username, then Manage Subscription. Choose the plan you want to move to and confirm.
Upgrades take effect straight away, so your new allowance is available as soon as the change goes through. If you are moving between paid plans, the charge for the current period is prorated: you pay the difference for the remaining days. If you are coming from the free tier, your paid billing period starts at the moment you upgrade.
Before you confirm, check you are signed in with the email you paid with. Subscriptions attach to the exact email used at checkout, and the most common upgrade problem is paying under a second address, then wondering why the original login still shows the old plan. If that has happened, email support@geckoedge.ai with both addresses and we will consolidate them.
Downgrades work from the same page and take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep what you have paid for until the renewal date.
