You do not need to do anything. Lifetime access is honoured in full on the current platform. It does not renew, expire, or bill, and your account has been set so that no renewal date will ever come due.
The licence covers the plan you purchased. If you bought Lifetime Edge Hunter, you hold the Edge Hunter plan for life. Higher-level plans and new products, such as Edge Concierge, sit outside the licence and are separate purchases for lifetime holders like anyone else.
Access works the same way as any other account: sign in at app.geckoedge.ai with the magic link, using the same email address your lifetime access was registered under. Lifetime status attaches to that specific email. Sign in with a different address and the platform treats you as a new visitor rather than a lifetime holder.
If you believe you hold lifetime access but the platform is not recognising it, email support@geckoedge.ai from the address you purchased with, mention that you are a lifetime holder, and include roughly when you purchased. We can check and correct accounts manually, so a short note with those details is the fastest route to a fix.
