Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after payment. You have full control over your subscription at all times, including the ability to cancel it whenever you choose, and that control is the intended way to manage your spend: cancel before a renewal and no further payment is taken, while your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you are unsure whether the platform is for you, the free tier exists so you can evaluate the analysis before paying anything.
- Free Trial: Where offered, you may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
- Subscriptions: All paid subscriptions are non-refundable once billed.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
- Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing cycle.
If you are ever double charged, billed on a plan you had already changed, or charged the wrong amount, contact support@geckoedge.ai with your receipt details and the payment will be corrected and refunded.
