There is no set rule to this. The closer to kick-off you run an analysis, the more accurate the +EV will be, because more data is available: line-ups, team news, and odds that have settled. The flip side is that some +EV opportunities will be lost as the markets correct.
We advise being consistent with your timings and approach. That will balance out market and EV changes over time.
One thing to be clear on: a bet is +EV at the time you take it. If the analysis showed value at the price you took, you have locked that value in. Whatever the price or the EV does afterwards is irrelevant; you have taken your position. The Sanity re-run entry covers this in more detail.
