Subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card, processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Gecko Edge, and your receipt arrives by email after each charge.
The email address you pay with matters: your subscription attaches to it, and it is the address you sign in with. Use the same email at checkout that you want your account to live on.
To update your card, contact support@geckoedge.ai and we will send you a secure link to update your billing details.
