My magic link didn’t arrive or went to spam — what do I do?

Magic-link emails normally arrive within a minute. If yours is taking longer, work through the four checks below in order. The first three resolve most cases without contacting support.

1. Check spam, promotions, and any filtered folders. The magic-link email comes from a noreply address, and inbox rules sometimes route those to spam, promotions, or a low-priority tab. If you find it there, mark the address as “not spam” or move the message to your primary inbox once, and future links land in the right place.

2. Confirm you typed the exact email on your subscription. The system only sends a link when it finds a matching account. If you typed a different address (a personal Gmail rather than the work email you signed up with, an alias, or a typo), no link is generated. Your welcome email or any Stripe receipt names the address tied to your account.

3. Request a fresh link. Links expire a few minutes after they are sent. If you click an older link it may show a “no longer valid” message rather than logging you in. Request a new one and use it straight away.

4. Check whether the receiving inbox blocks external mail. Some work and institutional accounts block external senders by default. If you used a work email at signup and the IT policy has tightened since, the link may be rejected before it reaches you. Signing in from a phone connected to the same account often shows whether the email arrives on other devices.

If none of the four resolves it, email support@geckoedge.ai from the inbox you are trying to use, mention the account email you signed up with, and include any payment receipt details. We can verify the account, confirm the email it sends links to, and move your account to a different address if the original inbox is no longer reachable.
