You can cancel at any time from inside your account. Sign in to app.geckoedge.ai with your registered email. Bottom left, click the three dots next to your username, then select Manage Subscription. The cancel option sits on that page. One click ends the auto-renewal.
- You keep full access for the remainder of the period you have paid for. Cancel mid-cycle and the account stays on its current plan through to the renewal date, then drops to the free tier.
- There is no cancellation fee. A single confirmation processes it.
- You can re-subscribe at any time. Your account, sign-in email, and analysis history stay in place, so you pick up where you left off.
- An active Unlimited Pass is unaffected. A Pass runs its own fixed window regardless of subscription status. The Unlimited Pass has no automatic renewal or subscription.
If you cannot see a cancel option, you are most often signed in with an email that has no active subscription on it. Sign back in with the email on your most recent payment receipt and the option will be there. If it still is not visible, email support@geckoedge.ai with a screenshot and your registered email and we will reconcile the account.
